This is my moodboard on what I think are the gender stereotypes in many AA films, although I think that most of the women in recent AA films have been represented to challenge this stereotype, as it is outdated. I also feel that the male stereotype has been developed, the characters now have more depth, so they now have more femine characteristics like having emotions, or being scared sometimes, whilst still being an aspirational hero.
